Suggest a Purchase

We welcome your suggestions for newly published physical materials to enhance the library's collection and make it more reflective of our community interests.

  1. Please check the library catalog to ensure the title is not already in our collection before submitting your request. If you're unsure, you can always contact us via Ask A Librarian for further assistance.
  2. Library staff will review the suggestions submitted and select materials that are available from library vendors and fit within the scope of the collection. Preference will be given to items published in the past 2 years.


To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask you not to submit multiple requests for the same titles. This helps us to better manage our collection and serve our community.

Due to the high number of requests, we regret that we cannot inform patrons about our purchasing decisions. However, if an item is ordered, it should be available in the catalog within 4 to 6 weeks. At that time, you can place a hold on the item marked 'On Order.' For further assistance, please contact us via  Ask A Librarian .
